We were out of town and the garage door panel stopped working. We lock the outer front door. There was no way for anyone to get in to take care of the pets. We were scrambling out of the state trying to find a last minute locksmith to open the front door. I called Shearline based on the ratings. I immediately was connected to the answering service who took the initial details and within 5 minutes the locksmith called. He was able to get to the house and get the door open all within 45 minutes of our conversation. It was a great relief to find such quick service in our time of distress. The cost for this service was lower than I thought it would be which was also a relief. Would highly recommend this company and will use in the future if needed.
